Mr. Gallagher is the former President and Chief Operating Officer of Century Communications. Under his leadership Century grew to become the nation's 8th largest cable MSO with more than 2 million subscribers. He also served as Chairman & CEO of subsidiary Centennial Wireless and as Vice President and Treasurer of Comcast.

Prior to founding icueTV, Mr. Huegel was integral in the incubation and operation of several innovative and creative IT firms. He co-founded and served as CEO of Advanced Networking Solutions, Inc. He formed e-Verticals and was responsible for the development of overall technology and business strategy. Previously, Mr. Huegel excelled as a Systems Engineer and as a Network Services Manager dealing with Fortune 100 and Fortune 1000 clients.

Mr. Gates is a senior executive with over 20 years of diverse experience in e-Commerce, digital products, television shopping, marketing and media. Most recently, he was President and General Manager of Discovery Commerce, Discovery Communications' Retail Division. Prior to Discovery, he was with AOL Time Warner as Senior Vice President and General Manager for Commerce. Mr. Gates also held senior positions with the Home Shopping Network, QVC, Barneys New York and Neiman Marcus.

Prior to co-founding icueTV with Mr. Huegel, Mr. Singley was an attorney in private practice for twenty-seven years focusing on emerging and mid-size businesses specifically in the areas of business formation, transactional operations, management and commercial litigation. He also specialized in complex commercial real estate transactions and portfolio representation. Prior to going into private practice, Mr. Singley served as a Captain with the United States Marine Corps.

Mr. Huegel has over twenty years of experience in information technology development and support initiatives with Fortune 50 and other similar scale enterprises. He was founder and CEO of Noahnet Communications, Inc., a strategic technology consulting firm. Previously Mr. Huegel served as a dedicated support engineer for world-wide named accounts at Novell, Inc.

Mr. Mignogna has more than twenty-five years of technical expertise and served as the founder and CEO of several information technology firms. As founder of Enterprise Technologies Group he supported Fortune 500 companies in the integration of systems and technologies. He also was Director of Advanced Technologies for CPL, Inc. the 10th largest VAR in the nation.

Mr. Nieves has worked in media for 20 years, most notably as Area Director of Local Ad Sales for Comcast Spotlight in Philadelphia, PA. He was accountable for multiple sales teams with primary responsibility for ad insertion on 50+ cable networks, Video On Demand and Vehix.com. A native of New York, Mr. Nieves has previously held management positions in the radio industry.

Prior to joining icueTV, Ms. Thornton was responsible for corporate operations for several mid-sized companies. Her duties included execution and deployment of all corporate operations specifically human resources, accounts payable / receivable, facilities management, IT deployment, corporate policies, staffing, communications, compliance and supervision of large support staff.
